Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends.

Orders are shipped from Florida, and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment via UPS, USPS & FEDEX.

Orders within Florida are typically delivered within 1-2 business days, while out-of-state orders may take 2-8 business days to arrive. Please note that once an order is confirmed delivered to the address provided at the time of payment, we will not be responsible for any theft.

We are not responsible for delays in deliveries. Must contact the carrier for updates.

Wholesale Shipping:

WHOLESALE ITEMS OR AND ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.

Bulk orders are assigned shipping on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and volume. We charge a flat fee of $25.00 when you complete the order, but in the case the shipping cost more because of the volume or destination customer is responsible for the fee, we communicate and give you the total and you can choose if we can continue with the packing or cancel your order.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages. If you want to ensure your product, please contact the store directly to request this additional service. The shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and rejected packages, unless the error was on our part.

Damage:

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged during transit, please communicate any issues promptly and include images to support the damage claim at 786-541-4548 or 305-915-6017. We use appropriate materials to protect our products during shipping, but accidents can happen.

We are not responsible FOR ANY DAMAGES once the Package is in Transit, but we can help you with the instructions to submit a claim to the carrier.
