No se aceptan cambios de ningún perfume una vez que la orden haya salido
de nuestra localidad, mucho menos devoluciones de perfumes abiertos, usados o manipulados, sin
excepción. No exchanges will be accepted for any perfume once the order has
left our facility, and we absolutely do not accept returns of open, used,
or tampered perfumes, without exception.

Recoger en Tienda /In-Store Pickup

Recoger en Tienda / In-Store Pickup: El cliente retira personalmente su pedido en nuestro establecimiento físico. The customer picks up their order personally at our physical location.

Esta opción estará disponible sin costo adicional una vez que reciba la
notificación de “Listo para recoger”. This option is available at no extra cost
once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification.

Delivery

Los perfumes se entregan en una caja regular o bolsa segun la cantidad de perfumes sin materiales de protección especiales. The perfumes are delivered in a regular box or bag depending on the number of perfumes without any special protective materials.
Recogida por terceros /Third-party Pickup:
Si enviará a otra persona a recoger su pedido, por favor especifíquelo
en las notas del pedido
o llámenos previamente para informarnos. La persona autorizada deberá
presentar una identificación oficial y firmar
una hoja de entrega
al momento de recoger. If someone else will be picking up your order, please indicate
this in the order notes
or call us in advance to let us know. The authorized person must
present a valid ID and sign
a delivery acknowledgment form
at the time of pickup.

Envío / Shipping

Envío / Shipping: El pedido se envía a la dirección
indicada por el cliente, a un casillero o a la compañía de mensajería/courier
seleccionada. The order is shipped to the address provided by the customer, to
a P.O. box, or to the chosen courier company, with UPS or USPS.

Depósito inicial de envío / Initial Shipping Deposit: Al realizar su pedido, el sistema
cobrará un depósito de $25 USD destinado al envío. Este monto no
representa el costo final del envío, el cual dependerá del peso total de la
caja y la cantidad de artículos. When placing your order, the system will
charge an initial $25 USD deposit for shipping. This amount does not
represent the final shipping cost, which will depend on the total weight of
the box and the number of items.

Una vez preparado el pedido, nos pondremos en contacto con usted para
informarle si existe alguna diferencia adicional que debe ser abonada
antes de realizar el envío. Once the order is prepared, we will contact you to
inform you if there is any additional amount to be paid before shipping.

Limitación de Responsabilidad / Limitation of Liability

Una vez que su pedido ha sido entregado a la compañía de mensajería: Once

No nos hacemos responsables por roturas, pérdidas, demoras ni cualquier otro daño que pueda ocurrir
durante el transporte hasta su destino final. We are not responsible for
breakage, loss, delays, or any other damage during transit to the destination.

Sin embargo, siempre estamos dispuestos a asistirle en su proceso de
reclamación ante la empresa de mensajería correspondiente, proporcionando la
documentación y apoyo necesario. However, we are always willing to assist you with your claim process
with the corresponding courier company by providing the necessary documentation

Si detecta daños externos, tome fotografías antes de abrir. / If external
damage is visible, take photos before opening.

Llamenos Inmedatamente/ Call us right away.
Fotografie el contenido y el empaque. / Take photos of contents and
packaging.
Presente su reclamo directamente a la empresa de mensajería dentro de las
primeras 24 h de la entrega. File your claim with the courier within 24 hours
of delivery.
Facilítanos copia del reclamo y evidencia fotográfica; apoyaremos con la
documentación que la mensajería solicite. Send us a copy of the claim and photo
evidence; we will support you with the necessary documentation.

Cancelaciones y
Errores de Inventario / Cancellations and Inventory Errors

Si el cliente desea cancelar un pedido, deberá hacerlo antes de que se
procese y despache. No se aceptan cancelaciones una vez que el pedido haya
sido empaquetado o enviado. If the customer wishes to cancel an order, it must
be done before it is processed and shipped. Cancellations are not
accepted once the order has been packed or shipped.

En caso de que un producto comprado no esté disponible por error de
inventario, se notificará al cliente y se le reembolsará el valor
correspondiente en un plazo de 3 a 5 días hábiles. If a purchased product is
unavailable due to an inventory error, the customer will be notified and
refunded the corresponding amount within 3 to 5 business days.

El reembolso se realizará utilizando el mismo método de pago utilizado en
la compra, salvo acuerdo expreso en contrario. The refund will be made using
the same payment method used in the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

certificado de Resale Tax, por favor llámenos antes de
realizar su pedido para informarnos y poder exonerarlo del
pago de impuestos. If you are a perfume reseller and have a Resale
Tax certificate, please call us before placing your order
so we can exempt you from paying sales tax.
